1. Free USA shipping threshold
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders over $250. Orders below that amount will have shipping fees calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your items.
2. Order processing
We strive to process orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or if a product is temporarily out of stock. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.
3. Shipping methods and delivery times
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse. You may select expedited shipping options at checkout, which will display an estimated delivery date based on the carrier’s transit time.
All shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates; actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method chosen and the carrier’s performance.
4. Shipping restrictions
Some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If your order contains restricted items, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or issue a refund for those items.
5. Shipping costs and weight‑based rates
Shipping rates are primarily weight‑based. The weight of each item can be found on its product detail page, and to comply with carrier policies, we round up fractional weights to the next full pound when calculating shipping costs. The final shipping fee will be displayed during checkout after you select your preferred shipping method.
6. Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
7. Undeliverable packages and incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
8. International shipping
At this time, we only ship domestically within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact our support team—international orders may be subject to additional shipping fees and customs charges.
9. Damaged or lost packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim. Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
